The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide professional Architectural and Engineering services for a new Fire Station located at the Fountain Community Complex located at 12421 Highway 20, Youngstown, Parcel 02858-000-000 Project M0169.
This project may be reimbursed by the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) from HUD and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (FDEO). Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements shown at Exhibit 3.
The County shall hire an Architectural/Engineering Firm or Individual to conduct Phase I (design) of this project, which includes the preliminary engineering designs and calculations, surveys, permitting, and notices. Construction activities will be approved at a later date through a subsequent ITB but, are not approved at this time. Phase I work shall be completed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and codes.

SEALED SUBMITTALS for RFQ NO: 23-13 Architectural Services for Fountain Community Complex Fire Station Project M0169 will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA at the Purchasing Department, 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401 up until 2:00 pm (CST) Tuesday. February 21, 2023 . Submittals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the Submittal is received on time.
Each Submittal shall be delivered to the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department, at 840 W. 11th Street, Suite 2500, Panama City, Florida 32401, no later than the Submittal deadline.
