Public hearing on RESTORE Act Plan amendment at Bay County BoCC meeting

At its May 16 meeting, the Bay County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) will hold a public hearing on the proposed fourth amendment to the Bay County RESTORE Act Direct Component (Pot 1) Multiyear Implementation Plan and will consider approving the amendment. The proposed amendment would add Project Aqua and seagrass impacts, waterbody impairments, and benthic communities projects.
